Note: 

• - Class is for ladies only

• - The package classes don't have to be used continuously. You can
  specify recurring days (ex. every Monday and Wednesday) in the week that suits you or
  specific dates within the validity duration.

• - Live classes will be done through Zoom, on a booking confirmation basis (A link to the class will be sent directly to you in another email.)

• - A choice of recorded classes is available If days or timings are not suitable for you, a
  link to the recorded classes can be sent and will be valid for 24 hours to use.
